In life there are many transitions. Life transitions such as the shift from adolescence to adulthood, relocating, ending old and beginning new relationships and occupational changes across the lifespan are a few examples. While change is usually good, it can sometimes be stressful and lead to other problems. At the Duffy Counseling center we hope to raise your awareness and help you realize your strengths and use them during life transitions. Transitions are stressful but with support, they can be tolerable and allow for personal growth through experience.
