Grief

Losing a friend, spouse, or family member is difficult. The process of grieving is often very complicated and takes time. Very often a person will go through the stages of grief and find their thoughts and emotions difficult to process.

Grief can also be experienced when an individual or family is going through a life transition. Moving, changing careers, and change in relationship are some of the instances where the process of grief may be experienced.

We offer individual, group, and family therapy are all treatment modalities that are efficacious in coping with grief. It is largely dependent on preference.
