Sports provide a multitude of benefits and require dedication. In addition to handling a full course load in school, athletes must maintain a high level of organization with their time, diet, school schedule, social life, and family life. Providing an understanding that reaching higher levels of academic and athletic achievement is a choice and making that choice requires insight into exactly what it takes to succeed.

We offer individual coaching to adolescents, high school, college, and professional aged athletes to assist with the following:

  • Identify and process feelings associated with performance anxiety and stress.
  • Develop a practical course schedule
  • Time management
