Sports provide a multitude of benefits and require dedication. In addition to handling a full course load in school, athletes must maintain a high level of organization with their time, diet, school schedule, social life, and family life. Providing an understanding that reaching higher levels of academic and athletic achievement is a choice and making that choice requires insight into exactly what it takes to succeed.
